Usually the classes are roughly 30 minutes, but it does depend on the specific activity! You can also find an activity schedule online for more details.

There are several activities available, tai chi, gym class, music class, spanish class, etc. Transportation is available if you are in the right zip code. Please reach out to the center M-F and they can help answer your questions in more detail.
