I'm sure they do but you could call first just to make sure. Every time I've been there they've had whatever I needed
Unfortunately, there is no real way to recycle them due to the foam. Best way to dispose of them is the cut the straps and completely destroy it so that another person won't be tempted to try and use it, then toss it in the garbage.
