Hey so my 16 year old gets to and from work (he works for the high schools her on McHenry) on his bike I bought him from a garage sale.. he needs both tims true. and both brakes adjusted as well has his gears!! Can u get him back on the road?

Do you know of an environmentally friendly way of disposing an old ski/snowboard helmet? I do not feel comfortable donating it as it has been in a few crashes. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no real way to recycle them due to the foam. Best way to dispose of them is the cut the straps and completely destroy it so that another person won't be tempted to try and use it, then toss it in the garbage.
