Probably the worst service I've ever received in my life. After weeks of waiting for paperwork that takes seconds and being told multiple times its been sent out just to come back in and hear excuse after excuse."They don't have time to fill it out" as if I have time to keep coming back and asking for things that should of been given to me weeks ago🙄 . I can't put my son in daycare or work without theas papers they apparently don't have time to fill out a few sheets when they knew I was coming and even called to confirm everything would be good this time and once again a waste of my time

Doctor Ali is a great pediatrician doctor. My daughter has been seeing her since an infant and I would follow her elsewhere if she moves from this clinic. Anna is awesome when giving my daughter her vaccines. Staff is very helpful and very nice.

UPDATE: Rick Colon is good with kids. But there is too much of a disconnect between the main office/patient and providing office. I have to make a call to the main then the main office either connects me or tells me they will leave a message for me. I get that people are busy but when I call my provider I call with an emergency I don't want to wait a day or two for a response. The turnover is still there as most of the people in the office are new to me. Had a difficult appt today...kids hungry and a longer than normal wait....I think it is time we as a family move on to a provider that provides a bit more personalized service. Also over the last couple of years seeing Dr Ali has been hit or miss....half the time our appointment was cancelled and we had to reschedule, in two weeks, or see someone else. We always opted for someone else.....having a Kids doctor that is hardly ever there to see them is frustrating as well.

.4 minutes late to an 8 a.m. appointment.. They were unable to check me in, but great news I can hang out for an hour and a half. My appointment is now set for 9:30 a.m. The funny thing is is there was only one other person in the waiting room when I got here. Still waiting to see if I will be charged $50 for missing an appointment or actually being 4 minutes late to an appointment. They then tell me I must wear a mask because it is LAW.. I kindly asked them when that law was passed? They get confused over what is law versus mandate.. I asked them if wearing a mask will protect me from monkeypox? The response was.... I don't know... If you look at the stars from the several different locations of this kangaroo medical center they can do no better than two and a half Stars on Google. So obviously I have nothing better to do with my morning then sit here and wait an extra hour and a half as punishment for being 4 minutes late. I told them they did not supply me with a TCD unit A.K.A traffic control device. Can you say complete power trip at this kangaroo medical facility. This is Obamacare at its finest.. Can't wait to see my doctor here or should I say my doctor's eyes because she wears a face covering. Isn't that a great way to establish a trusting relationship with your physician. This has nothing to do with religious beliefs it has everything to do with a patient feeling comfortable with a doctor
