When a VA nurse tells a 100% disabled veteran who just moved out of state, “we won’t fill your medications because you have to go get another primary care physician at your new location”, that explains a lot as to the kind of treatment our veterans are receiving! It will be weeks before I can get a new physician let alone an appointment and this woman DID NOT CARE until I called her out on it! Basically, she was telling me tough luck and accept it! DO YOUR JOB for the health and we’ll-being of your patients - US VETERANS!!! SHAME ON YOU!

I repeatedly told the receptionist that I cannot take a very important doctors call at work. But I was scheduled he would call me at 3pm so I explained this to my supervisor so I can take the call. I've been trying to reach them for a month to clear up an authorization issue on a time sensitive situation. No one calls me back. When I do talk to someone, they don't know what's going on. They canceled an appointment without telling me.
