Overall it was fine. It was a place to sleep close to the hotel my conference was at (that hotel had no rooms). The toilet has to be flushed twice to completely flush - and that’s with nothing but a little toilet paper in it, and the bathtub filled with water while showering. The parking garage was closed so parking was limited and not convenient. The back of the hotel is dark and doesn’t feel safe to park and have to walk around to the front when it’s dark. When I checked in, there was a homeless couple camped out at the corner of the building. The stay was pretty expensive for the small room and I was told breakfast was NOT free. For almost $1000 for the stay a complimentary cup of coffee and a muffin shouldn’t be too much to ask. At least WiFi was free. Update: my key stopped working the last two nights of my stay. The front desk fixed it, but when I mentioned it being the second time it happened, I was met with a shrug and the reply “it’s been happening.” This isn’t an issue I expect the front desk staff to have a solution for, it’s not their job, but it seems other have had this same issue and no one in charge is fixing it.

The rooms were super clean. Very friendly and helpful service at first. The location was easily accessible to lots of places. The free breakfast was cooked to order. The balcony view was amazing. The last two days we were here the staff seemed very unbothered that our keys stop working every time we left and came back. Called the front desk to see what channel ABC is here since I'm from Texas and wanted to watch NBA finals and he was no help, said he didn't know and he would call back. He never called back but luckily I channel surfed until I found it.

I was here because my Flight was cancelled. The Location is horrible and unsafe. Yes there are stores but you would have to cross over the Highway which is not safe. I was told that in that area there are mugging and shootings. While I was there I heard a constant of police sirens. I also experienced the room guest next to me Domestic Violence, yelling and screaming, banging on the walls. The next morning another guest yelling and screaming. Cursing on the other side of me. The hotel did nothing to help the situation. From my observation they seem to be housing mentally ill people and some that probably came out of a shelter. I am not trying to be mean, it was the truth. I always wish those the best always but they should not be in a hotel and should be getting the help they do need by professionals. It was the most horrible experience I have had in a hotel. This hotel is also not clean, I noticed the bathtub had soap scum and it looks like they had a leak from the floor above and they never fixed the ceiling. The carpets were so dirty they look like they have been there since the 1980s. If the hotel had to have the doors locked during the day, you know that is not safe.

Stayed for one night and had a great experience. All staff members were well dressed , friendly, and highly professional. In my experience, the staff went out of there way to help the guests. Management- the bar/restaurant shift from 4:30-10 could use a little help, service was excellent but she seemed spread a little thin trying to bring out food, take orders, and bar tending at the same time
