Overall a good stay at the Comfort Inn Denver. Easy to check in and get to the room. Pool looked very clean and inviting, and pool towels were provided. The room was average comfort Inn, it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The best part of the stay was the balcony. It was nice to get some fresh air at night and to enjoy the mountain view. Main parking lot was a bit small but there was an overflow lot. Would stay again.

Blue River

Stayed here after a long day of driving. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very busy, parking hard to find. It wasnt terribly loud, but also not very quiet. However, I slept fine. Breakfast was ok- good variety, food was hot! Enjoyed the tater tots. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice!

Honestly no one necessarily wants to have to live out in a hotel especially with a baby but Jamie is who made the whole experience wonderful. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Each and every time we passed through the lobby she was there with a friendly face and always something positive to say. She became my babies favorite person there ! She is excellent and will make sure you are very well taken care of! I’m not sure what we would’ve done with her! A real sweet heart!

This place is a waist of time and space. They are very unsympathetic, I had a late flight back home and all I was asking for is a late checkout time preferably 2:00pm the checkout time is 11:00am. They would only allow me until 12:00pm to checkout. All I was asking was to checkout at 2:00pm. I called the corporate office and spoke with a young lady who informed me that 2:00pm would be fine and she even approved the late checkout time. I called back to the Customer service desk and the lady said that was not right and she was only giving me until 12 and if I wanted to checkout at 2:00 that I would have to pay for another night just to checkout at 2:00. I proceeded to call back to the corporate office and spoke with another person. This gentleman told me that the young lady I spoke with before gave me false information. This place is worthless and I have never went through all of this just to get a later checkout time. Very, very, very unprofessional and I will never stay at a Comfort Inn. I will stick to my usual places, they always say stick to what you know. This experience has taught me to stick to what I know and Comfort Inn is not what I know and I don’t want any parts of them. I surely hope they train and inform there employees a WHOLE lot better then what they are.
