This hotel was filthy. We got to our room and there was hair in the bed and sink, crusted food on the desk and urine on the bathroom wall. Dried toothpaste was crusted in the bathroom. They switched our rooms but it still wasn’t clean -hair in bed and bathroom, smudged fingerprints on everything. We reserved a shuttle to the airport and it left without us, despite being on time. I normally love Tru by Hilton but this place needs a super deep clean and needs to be cared for better. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in.

The facility was clean and quiet. The breakfast was acceptable. The products in the bathroom were wonderful. There were no information books, the TV did not show any information, the phone light was blinking the whole time, even after calling the front desk. The lights between the beds did not work, and the mini refrigerator made strange cracking noises every few minutes. The sound from the TV was muffled, and I would have had to turn up the volume so high, it would have bothered the neighbors. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made all the other irritations not as bad. Best of all they had a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Room was fine, clean and staff was friendly. Went to breakfast at 9:15(ends at 10) and the food was not good. I understand we were towards the later side of breakfast but for the price you’re paying the food should be kept somewhat fresh. Not much selection either. Also, as a Hilton gold member we’re supposed to get snacks and water at check in as stated on app, but only water was offered. They had signed posted on the door that masks were required and when I asked for a mask they said they were out. Shuttle was on time and the check in/out process was easy. I would probably stay here again but will look elsewhere first.

If you are looking for a hotel that is less costly in the same area with more costly hotels (read between the lines), then this is a decent hotel. I would stay here again but not before doing my due diligence in price shopping for other hotels in this location, which I preferred. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I was able to find parking. The amenities are nice. No in room coffee. No closets. Bring your own toiletries. They provided 2 conditioners, no shampoo, and the body wash was empty.
