Avoid at all costs. Bought a used car here, within the first week the check engine light came on. In the few months I've owned it, the starter failed, serpentine belt needed to be replaced, catalytic converter is failing, and now the timing belt is failing too. Over $4000 in repairs. Have had it looked at by multiple mechanics, who have told me the dealer would've known about a lot of these issues when they sold it to me. Do not give these people your money

Bought a used Accord from Steve Bernard back in Oct of ‘21, Steve got me set up while the car was still in detail, my commute was about an hour but he took the time to get me set up and through finance late at night. Great guy to work with, can’t recommend enough, awesome car collection!

I experienced the service department here to be kind of a joke. I called to get my a/c fixed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had an appointment promptly which I thought was nice. I drove 35 minutes to get here. Upon speaking briefly with the service guy, I as told that since it was an a/c issue on a 2022 Jeep it would take 2-3 hours to diagnose, and did I have anything I could do while they looked at it. I said no (because I hadn't planned for that) and did they have a loaner car (for while they diagnosed it or for if they had to keep it), and they said no. So I could wait for 2-3 hours, then see if they could fix it, then if they needed to keep the car, to figure out on my own how to work things out for however many days. The one star rating comes from the fact that EVERYTHING they told me right when I arrived could have been communicated over the phone. Instead they just tossed the appointment on the calendar and didn't think what position it put the customer in. For anyone who wants to get their car serviced here I just recommend you ask several questions before you book your service appointment.

You have to shop around at EVERY BILL. They lie about how they're cheapest. Trust me. Been driving 35 years.

I don't have my oil changed there, I couldn't tell you. Call and ask, they'll tell you over the phone.
