I've previously purchased vehicles from Rogers Buick GMC. I took my current vehicle to be serviced there recently and the Service Manager refused to address the issues with my vehicle twice. I called to speak with the owner and still my calls went unanswered. I will never patronize them again. I would've given them zero stars but I was forced to give one. They don't deserve it. Please people chose wisely where you spend your money.

I went in with a list of the thing I wanted and got all of them in the GMC Terrain! So excited to have my first dream car! Edit: 2 years later of hard driving and car is doing great. Service from these guys is great! Love you Rogers auto!

I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change. I arrived at 10:45 and it wasn’t until 1/2 hour later that I was able to speak to someone after I approached a worker. No one acknowledge any of the customers there nor mentioned anything about how backed up they were. I waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change. The mechanic who did the oil change was rude and had 0 communication with me. I had to ask him over 3 times about the status of my service. The last time I approached him, he and 2 other workers were sitting down in front of my car talking and laughing. Once I reminded him I had already been waiting 2.5 hours, he finally finished with my car within 2 minutes. When I expressed frustration he responded in such a rude and ignorant way. He didn’t even update me on the car’s filter and other levels not if anything needed to be replaced. I would rather go to Jiffy Lube then back to this dealer. It was the worst service ever!

Allen Washington is diffinitely the best. Although I wasn't able to get my car today he gave me the info to get me to the place where I can come back and get the car I'm looking to get in a couple of weeks.
