My pre scheduled appointment for 1:30 today, Monday, 8/8/22 with rep, Daniel, was a total waste of my time. Daniel arrived late even after texting me confirming our appointment time then makes some lame excuse saying he was in a meeting-first red flag. Instead of texting me saying he’s in a meeting running late Daniel texted the opposite. When I saw Daniel was late for our established appointment time I texted Daniel twice. Daniel was not as courteous as I was when I promptly responded to his text to me. Daniel never responded to either of my texts. 2nd red flag. After arriving Daniel measures my windows then calls his company. After the call Daniel turns to me and tells me climate guard cannot accommodate me because my picture window is too large and although this company manufactures their own windows my window they cannot make a picture window this large. 3rd red flag Daniel then says Climateguard could still do replacement windows for my unit if I would contact my condo association and get their permission for Climateguard to change the standard building’s rule,policy, protocols for window size for my condo unit. 4th red flag. I’ve never had a window company come out to give me quotes for replacement windows in a condo building that couldn’t replace the picture window. I’m so glad I saw the red flags early enough to know not to ever do business with Climateguard.

My purchase was supposed to be ready on 7/23 with the larger order. It was not. Instead, we've got a new invoice stating “#6 will be ready on 7/27”. On 7/28, I called to check before traveling again to Chicago as we live in the Northern suburbs. Per Nicole, this glass was moved to Schaumburg. I have never received an answer “why? and who authorized this”? Schaumburg representative Tim promised to check on this order, but I never received any calls back. On Monday, August 1st, I called both locations again but ended up with the same “success.” Customer Service is lacking. Do business elsewhere if you don't want to look for your items around Chicago and the suburbs.

I worked with Daniel Minguez to replace 10 windows and two patio doors. He provided a thorough explanation of the process and made an effort to answer all my questions and concerns. The 6 member installation team worked diligently and finished the large project in a few hours. There were two screens that needed to be replaced and LaShaun followed up and delivered the replacements within a couple of weeks. Overall, Im satisfied with the service and quality of the windows and doors.

Yes , they do repair broken glass and I m not sure about the panes , but if you call it someone will answer all your questions.

Sometimes is cheaper to replace if seal is broken
Take the window in and they'll take care of it just not the same day you might have to wait a few days.
