They aren't taking walk-ins. The security guard at the door will give you a phone number to call and when the best times to call are. Once you've made an appointment and you go, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It took some time to get an appointment. We went this past Tuesday. I expected a crowded center and bad attitudes. Much to my surprise, our experience was the complete opposite, thankfully. Could not have asked for a kinder, more helpful representative. Come prepared with proper IDs, paperwork required as well as paperwork you feel may help your situation. Be kind and patient. Very grateful for this location (Schiller Park) and free parking lot. I otherwise would have had to go to the downtown location.

Do I need to make appointment to get trascripts
Call the regular Itin department. The office is not closed. I just went last week to drop off some documents. To find itin department go to the IRS website.
No walk-ins are taken. You can go but they will only give you the phone number to call and make an appointment.
Yes
Yes with an appointment of course and but the fee varies.
Hi. IRS goes by appointment only. You will be on hold for nearly an hour and the recording will probably ask you to call back. If you don't have to travel far, perhaps it is worth trying to visit in person. Someone may have canceled their appointment and may take you instead.
You must have an appointment to be seen by an IRS specialist. The appointment number is on the IRS website to make that appointment. The number and website are very busy, so be patient.
Depends on what you ate trying to reach them for
You have to call the 844 number to get an appointment. Call early in the morning
The IRS will not have it available to provide it at this time. Best bet at this time is to keep reaching out to Panera.
