I worked at nemera my supervisor name is Michael. He’s a very nice supervisor who checks on his employees. I was trained by Charlene, she made training so easy, it felt like I was working there for years. Renee was a co-worker who always greeted you with a friendly manner, she was always consistent with helping others get the job done.

Never felt unsafe about going to a job before this. Malicious gossip and actions like you've never seen. If you try going to HR and your supervisor for help, it will be turned against you. They don't want to admit to anything that would make the company look bad. I was literally told by Jose, regardless of the proof, that bad things don't happen here. I'm not afraid to say it. I'm a witness to the complete lack of decency and how unethical things really are at NEMERA.

Over my 30 years experience in maintenence, the worst place I've ever encountered....total disrespect from all levels of management, no support, big mistake taking this job, thank goodness I moved on from here......

Terrible company to work with. I have never felt so disrespected. Good workers are never recognized. It's extremely hard to work up unless you're privileged. I couldn't even get a break on time and got in trouble as if I was a child coming home late for arranging a break time for me and my co worker. This is inhumane and I expected more from my two line leaders Sonia and Aurora. They were extremely disrespectful to me and other coworkers. We were often forced to work harder. I'm sure we were doing more work than were allowed to. Many old women were pushing themselves to meet machine speeds. They (Sonia and Aurora) would get mad if someone offered to help. I spoke about my concerns to HR Karen and she agreed with my concerns but didn't do anything to help me. The only reason they're in business is because they're supplying medical equipment. There's a drastic difference in terms of physical endurance necessary to operate most mold presses, so any physically fit employee will be taken advantage of unless of course you're as pale as the moonlit sky. If you're a Caucasian male then by all means apply, you'll probably end up running the place or at the very least be a supervisor.

Always hiring through temp agency. Beware it is a horrible job where workers are treated like dirt.
