Little pricey but great bowling location

DO NOT RECOMMEND! It's a dump. I don't believe they are up to code on sanitation. Everything was dirty, from floors, to seats, to windows. It was not busy the 2H we were there. No excuse for not doing basic clean-up. Pros: Garlic Fries Bartender was corteous + fixed our food issue. Cons: Floors at lane seating area covered in sticky juice when we got to assigned lane. We used the Service button and Blonde woman from front desk came. We kindly asked to have someone clean it up. 10 minutes later out screen goes into standby. We went to ask and find out they moved us 4 lanes over to lane 32 *Didn't get a heads-up* Lane 32 was filthier. Candy wrapper all over the lane floor, beyond seating area. Whole floor sticky from spilled beverages. We had 4 people in our group. One ordered a meat alternative sandwich which smelled like fish + tasted like it. There is no way they actually take the time to spray and clean the shoes. One pair of shoes had what looks like pizza sauce, or worse, puke all over the inner side *see pictures* There is an 18% gratuity added to the bill no matter the size of your party. I am all about tipping, but don't automatically add it on on small parties. You have to order at the bar. You take your drinks from bar to designated lane. They just bring your food out. Makes no sense to force a 18% gratuity, which also cuts the % that one might consider leaving. Smooth bar checkout. Bowling checkout was a disaster. 1 of 4 paid separately. 3 remaining on one bill, got charged $10 more than the actual total. Was told total charged AFTER we could bring up the discrepancy. The blonde woman argued for 5 minutes. Finally called the manager and took $5 shoe charge off. We kept telling her she charged us for 5 shoe rentals instead of 3. She was adamant it was because of 4th person. But then why 5? And the 4th person already paid. She had a rude tone the whole time. Turned to manager, whom quickly pulled up the transaction and pointed out to her that she did in fact, charge us 2 extra shoe rentals. WHICH the receipt SHOWED. No apology from either one. 2 of the seating benches in our lane were coming apart. No papertowels in the men's restroom. Spent $160 total/ 3 people. Not worth the price tag considering they don't even do basic cleaning, staff is rude, and can't do gradeschool math. Go to Arlington Lanes, cheaper and clean. Pinstripes 100% better for upscale bowling.
