The room was clean with microwave, TV and a mini fridge. but if you needed questions or any form of assistance you won't see a front desk most of the time, just expect that. On breakfast, no one's there to assist you. You better off to get your breakfast at waffle house instead.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Check-In and Check-out was great. Special shout out to Ms. Jasmine general manager for her hospitality, friendliness and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel because of the friendly staff and the location from the Fairgrounds. This past stay was not what I am use to. The check in was quick and friendly as usual. The staff was great. I don't know what happened the weekend of the 22nd. When we arrived that evening the desk clerk on duty was dragging laundry across the hall instead of properly putting it in the baskets and taking it wherever she was going to take it. Her attitude was very standoffish and nonchalant. She really did not know what she was doing and was looking very lost. We were in the lobby and she was very short borderline rude to whoever, bless their heart, was on the other end of the telephone. To sum it up she was a CLERKZILLA. The overnight clerk was a little better but was never at the desk. I don't know where he always disappeared to but I know he was never at the front desk. I had to call my husband to come down and let me in because no one was at the front desk nor did they answer the telephone. He was very nice when we met him for breakfast but he was never at the front desk during his shift especially Saturday night. I really enjoy staying there but if she (CLERKZILLA) continues to be there, I feel as though this nice hotel will lose it's best clients.

Unfortunately this hotel has hit it's prime and has started it's downward spiral. Now the employees are outstanding. Very helpful and do there best. The issue is there is one person to handle all the issues per shift. The bathroom had dirty wash cloths, there was a broken refrigerator in the corner of the room, the TV didn't work because wifi was down. No I did NOT complain to the staff because they are being run ragged. I just wont stay here again. Was in town for the cow show 2021. Again staff was very helpful and worked there butts off. They can only do so much.
