The Hampton Inn in Perry GA was the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. The AC unit sounded like a semi tractor truck and a party at the pool with loud adults and screaming children continued past midnight when we decided to pack up and leave. There was no one at the front desk to complain to. UPDATE! We are happy to report we were just contacted by the hotel and will receive a full refund. Thank you Hampton Inn for making it right.

The girls at the front desk are great....but the rooms are very poorly maintained. The first room they gave me the air conditioning didnt work so they gave me another one and the tv didnt work the cable box was fried. Also the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling with bare wires exposed. At that point we just went to sleep...had to continue driving the next morning...no time to complain.Pretty pathetic for what they charged me. And their sign said Hampton by Hilton. Makes me not want to stay at anything Hampton or Hilton again.

Driving home from Nashville and decided to break up the drive time and stopped in Perry, GA to rest. We had to transfer to 3 different rooms. First room had strong mold smell, 2nd room the TV dd not work and the 3rd room you could not open the blinds and the TV was a lot smaller. Could not use the pool as it was just shocked (4pm) which is understandable even though it was 99 degrees out. All in all the staff did everything to accommodate us. Beds are comfortable.

Staff was nice but it was super outdated. Outside of building was old and the lobby was nice but the rooms definitely need help. Cleaning and maintenance was not the best but poor maintenance is some up understandable since the hotel is supposed to be remodeled around June but it doesn’t sound like it will be a Hampton inn anymore after June. Hope to see it become better soon!
