This comment is in response the owner of Mobley. You are rude and nasty like your general manager. This company does not receive a 1 star. I didn't see my post that you removed because your company delivered damaged furniture in which you stated was not damaged. 1. I do not care if the furniture was purchased from "the budget center or the fine furniture section". I work hard for my money and spent thousands at your budget center. In my opinion your entire store is considered a budget center. If you value customer service then it should not matter which area it is purchased from and should be valued as the others. Apparently you don't value customer service to stoop that low to make that comment. Your comment is condescending and shows that you dont take pride in selling your budget furniture. 2. You are a flat out lied about exchanging the second delivery stating that the first delivered set was returned to the store. That is a lie. All of the original pieces are still in my home EXCEPT for the Chester drawer. Once again, it is not my fault that your budget center sell damaged items. I will never purchase anything from this store again. I rather spend my money at Ashley where they customer service is valued. It is because of local mom and pop shops that people are skeptical and not supportive of purchasing items because of poor customer service and the lack of providing quality merchandise.

Update: we received a call from Mobley a few hours after my original post. They made no more apologies, only stated that sofa was ready for delivery and asked to set a time later in the week. The delivery guys were strong and fast! I will repeat: Mobley has WONDERFUL furniture, but just purchase what’s in stock! No more custom orders. Having previously purchased great furniture from Mobley, we went back. This time, I ordered and paid a deposit for a custom made sofa in April, 2021. At the beginning, the sales rep, who was wonderful, explained that it could take months and not to be discouraged. At the end of the summer, I had to call and was told it would likely be after Christmas. I called after Christmas and was told late March. I called end of March and was told it would be completed and shipped in April. I called the end of April, the receptionist put me on hold, then told me it had been shipped from factory April 29. I asked if the shipment could be tracked, and the response was “well, it is in route, either on road or over water.” What???????? Today is Memorial Day and no updates from Mobley. I keep up with the news and understand about shortages, lack of employees and other Covid-related issues, and other national supply chain problems. However, this has been beyond discouraging. I suggest that if you don’t see what you want in the showroom, just don’t order.

Even though Mobleys has very nice furniture, I'm very disappointed with the sofa I purchased. I am very gentle when it comes to my furniture and had furniture for years without any scratches. I only had my sofa for less than a year and the material started to lift up. I don't blame Mobleys, I blame the manufacturer. Other than that, Mobleys have unique furniture. I purchased a beautiful coffee and end table set that I purchased in 2016 and it still looks brand new. In the future if I shop at any furniture store, i just know to examine the material of the furniture before I purchase.

All around wonderful experience shopping at Mobley. They have some beautiful pieces to choose from. The sales staff was knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestions. They were meticulous about the order to be sure the right pieces were included. Further, I can’t say enough good things about the delivery this morning. Just top notch!
