Honestly nothing but problems at this location, every time I’m in to make a payment I have to visit 4,5 times because the staff is always out and it is definitely not even lunch time, taking time away from all the days I go and attempt to pay, and then getting LATE FEES when I’m always there on time when I need to be but the staff is no where to be found. I’ve had conversations with customers outside the location who are also upset because it’s not only happening to me but to many. You guys seriously need a better staff or something it’s ridiculous.

This is one of the best places to store stuff. They are more affordable than most of the places in the area. They are very helpful. They are really clean. U had absolutely no problems with any bugs or spiders. Good secure gate and the staff is awesome! Thank you, I almost wish I did not have to move my stuff out into my new house... lol.

I was fortunate to have Tiara in the office when I arrived. She was very efficient yet very pleasant. She explained everything that I needed to know in just the right amount of detail. I was surprised to learn that CubeSmart had supervision onsite every day all day. Tiara's presentation on safety concerns gave me great comfort to know that our goods were under watchful eyes. I highly recommend this location.
