When we arrived in Denver it got even better … Andrea did a great job getting us checked in and on the road and just as smoothly on the drop off. Don’t buy a camper and have it take up space in your driveway ! Rent from CA. It will be a great experience! We will be back!

We had excellent customer service from start to finish. Booking was easy and the issues we had during pick up and along the way were dealt with quickly. Our RV wasn’t ready for our scheduled pick up time however the Denver office gave us free lawn chair rentals to make up for it. The rental was a relocation special and was an older RV (which we expected). We had issues with the generator not working properly and an engine oil leak (due to the oil filter not tight enough). When we returned the RV to the Phoenix location they were genuinely apologetic about the issues we had along the way and gave us a partial refund for our trouble. We will definitely rent again. We had a wonderful time and the RV experience was great.

Thanks for another great RV experience. Pick up and drop off simple. Will be back. Very friendly staff. Very helpful and informative during vehicle pick up. Easy pick up and drop off location. Not open on Sundays when we rented. Had to rent two extra days because of holiday. Really enjoyed rental though. Thanks again.

Checking the RV out and retuning it was super fast and easy. They gave us an overview of how everything worked. We have zero experience with RVs and the guy answered all of our questions. **remember to call to reserve pick up time, it doesn't tell you that in the confirmation email. We thought we could show up at 1pm and that was not the case. Luckily I had called to ask some other questions. I mentioned that we would see them at one and that's when I was told about making an appointment. We were coming from 120 miles away and had to leave 2 hours ahead of time. It worked out though. Had to call the help line once, they were great and got us going again right away. A couple of times the generator didn't want to start up, usually when it was very hot out. When we let them know they gave us a discount on our generator usage. It was a great way to see all the sites in Wyoming. Highly recommend!
