Not sure, I am home to see Family and stocked up prior. I do think some locations are and have some nice specials. If they are open you will be able to contact the dispensary directly online or by phone. I suggest a quick google search and it should indicate whether they are open or closed
They have half gram joints now for about 5 dollars a pop. They have standard gram joints as well for roughly 11 dollars out the door.
A-BS. A replacement dd-214 is free. Go to VA.gov and you can find the site to get it and DL it in less than a week. I work for the federal government and I'm a 80% disabled veteran. I know the system extremely well. If anyone is trying to charge you for a copy of your DD-214, it's a third party site trying to scam you. B-there's a discount for vets and military C-you need a dd-14, the new vet ID card, the vet endorsement on your ID or DL or a VHIC.
