Kind of strange you have to keep making appointments but this place is so very helpful . From the security guard to all the other services they have been very kind. I was already sad and was going thru alot being unemployed but I see hope. Cheryl, Sage and Bob were very very kind , patient and helpful

Try by phone they will ask you to create a pin if it's your first time once your create the pin you will be able to certify by phone, or online but only Thursday and Friday from 5am to 7pm the certification day is not the same for everybody

You can leave a note for them at the office. My bf said they were really good at getting back to you. Leave your name, phone #, claim # and brief discretion of what's going on. They get back to you in a day or two.

When visiting make sure in preparing to stay for 1.5 hour bring with you Social Security cards, Government issued ID, or Passport last 2 paystubs. Upon entering you check in @ the desk 2nd floor, letting asso iate know you would like to file a unemployment claim. You will be issued a form to complete, the receipt will be given to you with a number issued on the bottom. Listen out for your number go from there.
