I have been trying to certify for benefits and unable to get online the site is not working. I tried calling and the phone has been busy nonstop. How do i certify? i just want to be able to talk to a live person. Please help!!

Try by phone they will ask you to create a pin if it's your first time once your create the pin you will be able to certify by phone, or online but only Thursday and Friday from 5am to 7pm the certification day is not the same for everybody

Can someone please help me I filed for unemployment back in March and was approved and everything.Got my debit card,and have been unable to certify for any benefits I’ve missed out and haven’t been paid once.Im about to lose my car since I’m out of money
