We purchased a Diamond Brand Mattress on Sept. 2021 that was not comfortable for us. We contacted the company and Mr. Omid who is the Customer Service Manager was very gracious and understanding of our problem and volunteered to exchange it for us. Thank you Diamond Mattress for a great service .

Diamond Mattress is a terrible mattress. I bought a Diamond Mattress from Living Spaces and after only a couple of months, I began to "sink" in the middle of the mattress and, as a result, I have a backache from this mattress every morning. I have tried contacting Diamond Mattress but they won't return my phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this mattress. I would never recommend to anyone that they buy a Diamond Mattress. If they had a "zero" star for this review, that's the star I would have chosen instead of "one" star.

Do not buy this mattress if you are not used to foam mattresses. They have a zero return policy. We got ours through living spaces and were talked into a medium firmness hybrid mattress. I liked the plush in the store but the sales person suggested medium since I sleep on my back. The first night I got it I couldn’t sleep. Felt like sleeping on the floor. There are plenty of companies out there that offer a 30 day trial period. I would go with one of those.

I have tried for the last three months to exchange this mattress and even upgrade to a more expensive model. The customer service is horrible and this company cares little of it's product and not at all for the customers that shell out their hard earned money. I made a huge mistake in buying a Diamond Mattress. I'm out $1300 and have a mattress that is not only uncomfortable but now I'm having back pain. Don't make my mistake, don't buy Diamond.
