Here I came to pick up my passport and no one opens the door. Their working hours are only 3 hours a day, from 10 to 1 in the afternoon. And they don't work at that time either. All these people in the embassy should be replaced completely with the ambassador.
I went 10 times, provided all documents, and never got it.
Serbia, change the people in this embassy completely and change that working hours from 8 to 16. People work from 10-13, only 3 hours? This is rude. The least working hours for the embassy where there are the most of our people? Shame !!!

Try sending them a bunch of emails. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, but they responded to emails
Unfortunately, they will not be able to vote because very few people have registered.

Take the collected documentation to the consulate. No appointment required. You can find a list of documents and how much is paid on their website. They do not accept cards or checks, only cash. The consulate sends the documentation to Serbia and when they receive a response back they invite you to go to the consulate again. The whole process takes about six weeks.
You can if you have a valid US visa.
