We bought an outdoor fireplace in Arizona for our home in Scottsdale. We had to wait months for installation. The salesman neglected to tell us it didn’t come with a burner and logs. While in Modesto we went to Valley Fireplace to see if we could buy these items. Jackson arranged with an Arizona company to ship them to our home. They arrived the next day, in time for the technician to install them as the fireplace arrived. Good job Jackson! You’re the Best👍

Was promised will be done right after Christmas by December 28 th I paid $500.00 down on 12 01 2021 believing it would be done in the 4 weeks they stated guess I should have made them say 2021 guess I got burned because it didn't happen. Nice people I agree but nothing happened now I'm needing to get my money back hope this isn't a nitemare and start all over . I will start trying tomorrow 12 29 2021 please don't get burned or the freezing cold shoulder they have done me both ways and took my monies and did nothing. This is so wrong. Nothing like interest free loans to companies that don't keep thier words im coming in and a refund is required in cash , same as you were given Or court is in your decietful future. Making this commitment and making such a long wait, then blowing me off and taking my money is wrong but I guess this was your intent. By Friday 12/31/2021 I will have My documents ready to recover my funds you Decieved me out of , and caused many cold days and nites. I dont know who wrote the other so fantastically hood comments but I have documentation You took my money and did nothing. I give you a zero out of 100 ( 0/100) A complete and very disappointing fail.
