Heidi did great on my first fill at this place and it made me want to come back! Then I went to Caitlin, who offered to do mega lashes on me rather than volumes I had. My lashes ended up looking the same and I was unhappy 🙁 especially since I was being charged more money for more volume. I texted the company number and they informed me I was only charged for a regular volume fill but Caitlin never told me that, I paid cash so I had no way of knowing so that was a red flag for me. The communication was terrible. BUT, whoever I was texting on the company number was extremely helpful, and scheduled me a free 30 minute fill with the same lash artist to fix the problem. I went, and unfortunately I just felt uncomfortable the whole time because the lash artist was clearly upset with me that I complained, just had a terrible attitude the entire time, I don’t feel comfortable going back to this place sadly!

I really love my lash and hair extensions! So many people have commented on how great they look. Caitlin does an amazing job on my lashes and Heidi added a fun splash of color to my hair. They are an incredible team!

Hello Karen! It looks like your appointment was a little over a month ago and you booked on Facebook which goes over our strict cancellation policy you have to agree to the terms before you can book an appointment, so it should have explained everything on there before agreeing! I'm sorry to hear you were sick, and I'd be happy in go a little more in depth about our policy. We have this strict cancellation policy to protect our workers if people book appointments and do not show up that affects our workers paychecks.
