I've been here a little over 2 weeks and I have not been disappointed in anything. The nurses, cna's, therapy, social worker, doctors, EVERYONE I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been the most helpful bunch of people I've ever met. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will hate leaving when the time comes for me to do so. I also want to say the cooks are fabulous also.

My mother was place in Prestige care 4/1/2021 We were informed at the time that we would be unable to see her for a 14 day quarantine period. After that time was over this facility has been a NIGHTMARE! It was near impossible to reach my mother by phone. I talked with 2 Admins. Rebecca Christianson & Social Service Miranda. Each promising to return my call after addressing my concerns of Mom's SEVERE DEPRESSION due to their limit of one visit per week. These so called persons in charge have not once followed thru with their calls. For 4 DAYS now they have been REFUSING to release Mom due to them NOT WRITTING UP the needed paperwork for her release.

The food is gross. If you have a question the answer is usually "I don't know". According to the Daily Chronicle Prestige confirms 56 Covid 19 cases among patients and staff.

Such a sad place! Overworked employees, and when you become injured beacuse of there neglect and not updating care plans or non existent care plans they toss you out with any technicality. Do yourself a favor don't apply it's not worth the injury!
