I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this business. They took our tank without informing us. This left our family without hot water and with our children not able to bathe and be clean for school. It will be 2 weeks until we can get another service out here. So we have been customers of theirs for years and years. The previous owner was customers of theirs for years and years!!!!! So one day they tell us that our tank is in an unsafe place but they cannot move it to another place because it would be impossible due to the Previous owner having the tank installed and then building around it. They said they would continue to service us. So fast forward to six months later. My children are trying to shower and the water is cold. My husband looks outside the window and they took the tank that they said they could never move because it was too unsafe!!!! They never told us. As a matter fact we spoke to them a couple of days ago and they said they were going to fill the tank with propane. This is the absolute worst company. I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I am from West Palm Beach. Maybe they do Customer Service a little bit different here in South Carolina. I am in total Dr disbelief.

I'd have given ZERO stars if possible. I was quoted a price for all-inclusive work, paid in advance then later had it overruled and was told by the owner it was not inclusive. NEVER, EVER should anyone trust Dixie LP Gas!
