Thank you so much for your help this morning. The pellet stove is now operating properly. Thanks again!

There was a mix up on our appointment time so my service call was missed. I had confirmed the day prior and we were set. When I called the next business day, they were most helpful and considerate of my time lost from and re-scheduled my appointment for that day and my convenience. I must say that doesn’t happen nowadays. They did my service and repair and the technician was very knowledgeable and explained my system to me. They have my trust and respect for the excellent customer service. I will continue to use them and recommend them from my experience.

We purchased a Lopi Liberty from HMI and has their team install it. We were well taken care of throughout the entire process and everyone was great to work with! The install went very well and was done professionally and efficiently! Dave, Mike, and Coleman did a superb job with our stove and through-attic installation, as we do not have an existing chimney. I had not considered Lopi before going into the showroom and speaking with Mark. He made the recommendation for the Liberty based on the size of our home and how we wanted to heat it. The craftsmanship and build-quality of this USA-made stove are exceptional and I would recommend Lopi to anyone looking for a well-built, quality wood stove. Thanks again to Dave, Mike, Coleman, Mark and Steve at HMI for the new stove and for your wonderful customer service! If you need a wood stove or gas fireplace, go and see the crew at HMI in Nixa!

We sell several colors of Hi-temp paint that can be used on hearth appliances. Just be careful where and when you apply it (i.e. not while running and not on any operating components). The residue is unfortunately a permanent discoloration.
The first thing to do is find the owner's manual for the logset and check the "mantel projection diagram". The rules specify combustible and non-combustible components, not varying degrees.
I'm afraid not. We are strictly a hearth store.
