To start off.. Molly, who was working the front desk was AWESOME!! Molly was having a hard time booking our room.. But she did an outstanding job getting the situation handled!! Thank you so much Molly!! Hampton Inn & Suites needs more people like Molly!! The room, the breakfast we ate in the morning was PERFECT!! Most Definitely coming back!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Each staff member was genuinely kind and receptive. The smiles and laughs were a delight. From Cassandra at the front desk and every other front desk attendant, as well the breakfast chef, were super pleasant. Thank you.

The customer service from Cassandra at the front desk made all the difference in our stay - she is a 5 star! She was so friendly checking in and the following day remembered my name in greeting me and asking how our stay was. The room itself wasn’t up to Hilton standards I’ve experienced, stained lampshades should be removed - made you feel like the rest of the room is unclean. Furniture is really worn and should be updated.

Will not stay here ever again! First off they are not the nicest management. Some of front desk was nice but most are rather rude. The room was okay...loud sasquatch and basketball team was upstairs from us while weekend. Walking like Frankenstein! The power goes off and nobody called to check if we are okay or anything. But I'm pretty sure they will call when it's time to checkout! Just will not choose this place next time. I will call Hilton Hinors to give them my complaints
