The room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed for a while, nor swept in the bathroom. Refrigerator had a milk spill. Microwave was disgusting, looked like something exploded inside and was never cleaned. Sheets were clean but the blankets had stains and crumbles. Lighting above the sink kept flicking. Forget about room service, you have to get fresh towels at the front desk. This hotel could use a lot of fixing up and cleaning.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the hotel staff for the excellent service. I stayed here for a week and I was very happy with the service I received. The staff was very nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and other popular tourist attractions. The staff is all very kind and helpful, and they went out of their way to assist us during our visit. And we had a great time using the amenities here. Overall, we had a fantastic time here, and I would highly suggest it to others!

We had arrive late in the evening, when we got to our rooms there was a dead cockroach, potatoes chips at the corner of the bed and the floor where not clean. The fridge was sticky. So I waited till morning to ask for room service. They said they will tell them. Went out to do our thing came back and it still wasn’t clean. Called front desk and they said the cleaning people went home already and it was only 2pm. So I had to wait another day. I was not having that. I asked for a different room. They were nice about it and gave me another one. The next room didn’t have ac and it had a smell of wetness, so we had to ask for another room. Finally the third time was better. But the floor looked they it was not vacuum, but was too tired to keep looking for rooms. Overall the cleanliness needs more work and they need to check their rooms more frequently to make sure everything is working.
