1st, the sign says that your rep will wear a mask, have a divider at the counter, and maintain a safe distance. That wasn't the case at the Syracuse airport. 2nd, I was given an SUV in terrible condition. Once on the expwy, it began to shake and pull to the left. I was instructed by customer care to bring the SUV to your facility on Oriskany Blvd in Yorkville, NY near where I was staying. The on-site person was rude & told me she could not help me. She went on to say that I should have never been instructed to go to her store. I called roadside assistance & after a couple hours, someone called back and wanted me to drive back 1 hr to Syracuse to exchange the vehicle. I convinced them to deliver it. The new car was fine, but when it was delivered, it did not have a full tank of gas because it was just driven for an hour to get it to me. When I turned my car in on the last day, I was charged extra $$ because they said the tank wasn't full. I called to protest and got a refund for that.

Horrible service have to have a credit card to get a car rental

Outrageous prices. $1200 for weekly rental of car. Says it varies likes gas prices, which just came down 10 cents. Also says has to do with supply and demand. Yet their lot was full if cars. Way to expensive.

Couldn't pick up car even though we paid with a debit card. They required a credit card for the deposit.
