Set up a 9 day rental with unlimited milage and they gave us a V8 SUV with zero cargo space when I reserved a 7 passenger mini van that would have averaged 25 mtg. Vehicle was dirty with stuff under the seats and in the glove box. Tank was on E and vehicle had damage to every panel and the hood and roof. I was told it was all they had and given no other option and since it was Friday at 5pm it was take it out leave it. First time in over a decade but Enterprise really let us down.

Im giving one star because I have to to leave the review. I made a reservation online, got a confirmation number, put in my information to "save time at the counter". At 7am, THE DAY OF MY VACATION DEPARTURE, I get a call saying they don't have any vehicles available. I asked what I was supposed to do and was pretty much told it wasn't their problem. Because they called at 7am and open at 8am I sat panicking for an hour. At 8am I called back and asked who was responsible if I missed my reservation for my trip and received cancelation fees from my hotel. I was told they aren't responsible for Enterprise online reservations and basically I was SOL. They offered 0 help. Canandaigua Enterprise is rude, unprofessional, and almost destroyed my vacation....If Newark isn't too far for you I highly recommend you go to that branch. They got a car from another location for me, last minute, and Andy had me on the road in minutes.
