The staff continue to do a great job with my daughter. She used to be very scared of the dentist and was often quite uncooperative. However, now she is very cooperative and just got on the wall of fame for having no cavities!

We love the hygienists here, but it is disappointing that the dentist is different every time we go. Dr. Wingate used to examine my kids’ teeth and communicate clearly about which procedures were recommended, but now there is little to no communication from the dentist at each appointment. We just went in for an appointment today without even knowing beforehand what the treatment plan was or why it was necessary (besides a few comments from the hygienist). My daughter has two cavities that need to be filled but we have not received a straight answer about whether she will need crowns or not because we are not sure who will be doing the procedure. The quality of care seems to be good still, but we just prefer to have a closer relationship and better communication from the dentist. I did not know that the office would have rotating providers when Dr. Wingate left.
