From the planning stages to the final resting place, Roy and Nick from Simple Choices were professional, sincere and sensitive to detail. Our loved one had pre planned her service and arrangements, and this made our experience with Simple Choices very smooth. Roy and Nick were there for us immediately upon notice that mom passed away. Their punctuality, and attention to detail allowed us to concentrate on our emotional needs while they handled all of the necessary state, federal and local regulations, as well as aesthetic details at the gravesite service. All of our questions were addressed along the way, and our consultation with them on many issues in which we were not familiar, were expertly and sensitively answered.

Roy was very well organized with needed paperwork, expected time frames for death certificate and picking up the ashes. He went above and beyond to answer my questions throughout the process and I am so very grateful for his services during a very difficult time.
