EDIT: Now that we're about 5 years from the initial purchase, I'm still so happy with my purchase from Via. Knock on wood, but I'm now 5 years in (car is now a 10-year-old vehicle in salty upstate NY) and I haven't had to do anything other than routine maintenance to it. Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself, but I'm so pleased. First time financing a car - Joe B was very personable and informative, but was not pushy. In fact, I had to wait for a bonus check from my employer that was delayed for 3 weeks, and Via held the car for me until I received it. There was no pressure to buy, and they made sure I got the best financing without needing a co-signer. I would definitely recommend
