I don't know if there is new ownership/management but overbooking has never been a problem here until recently. Price increased to $40 a round would be fine if there wasn't a 15 minute wait at every tee box. Might have to start exploring other options unfortunately.

Reliable, and fast enough, you might have to slow down!
I don't think you need to worry about that. Beautiful course with well laid out holes. Greens are excellent. Tee boxes need some work. I played there 2 weeks ago and will play there again. Overall nice course that will test anybody's handicap.
