This is my lotto ticket place. I love the staff here. Super friendly. Easy to make conversation with and they learn their regular customers well. Now I would give 5 stars to the afternoon staff, more than 5 if I could, but the mornings before work when I stop in around 5am. I am always told the lotto machine is down from 5am-6am due to a shift change. The overnight staff member is there until 6 when the new person comes in but they shut the lotto machine down from 5am-6am to do a shift change when the next person doesn't show up for another hour? What the actual hell is that? I can understand for 5-10 minutes while you swap drawers out for the next employee. But shutting it down an hour before the next person shows up is rediclous. I would rate the morning 0 stars and afternoons here 5 stars. That is why I have to go in the middle with 3 for this place. If you like to gamble in the mornings, don't come here in the mornings for they can't sell you lotto tickets or cash them or even check them to see if they are winners or not. But afternoon staff is AMAZING!!!
