Visited a family member. Very large community. Nicely laid out condos with pleasing design. Easy access to freeway. Really all I know.

No community fitness center even though you'll see this place listed as "luxury condos". Almost 50% the parking locations anywhere around this gated community are guest parking. If you are a resident who pays for a permit, you are unable to park in those spots. You'll more than likely be forced to walk down a few units in the hellfire AZ summer with whatever you have. Even if you manage to find a spot, be prepared to have to step out of your car to look and see if it's a permit or guest spot because everything is so faded, it's impossible to read from the car. People are nice. Edit: 4 guest spots here unaccesible to permit holders in the heart of all the units. Have fun walking.
