Unlike the other positive reviews my experience with this company requires a very negative review. #1 my Riding Mower repairs were done without anyone contacting me in advance for the repairs shown in my pictures of my recipt. And these repairs DID NOT CORRECT my issue with this Riding Mower quickly cutting off when starting to cut any Grass. I returned it the same day. I just received a phone call that my Riding Mower is now repaired for a additional $80(+) dollars that l was also not called about before they repaired it. I would not have authorized the original $155.85 in repairs and l would have picked up my Riding Mower and happily paid for any diagnostic and labor fees. And retire this Riding Mower. I have no plans on paying for additional unauthorized repairs. And l DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I did receive a email stating this company was sorry l was not satisfied with their Customer Service !!!!. My opinion is that they have no Customer Service. And DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!
