I am sad to say. I had to change my review. I originally gave them 5 star and bought a weed eater and the gentleman was great for customer service. I went back about two weeks ago to buy a chain saw. I walked in and two employees were at computer. I looked at the chainsaw for 8-10 minutes then went up to approach the employees. They never acknowledged me from the time I entered the store. I sat their standing in front of them for three minutes and they never said one word. So I left and bought my product at Ace hardware with good customer service.

Big assortment of lawn care equipment. Knowledgeable staff,friendly service, and many parts in stock. They stay busy, usually a long wait to have repairs done.
