Im not sure if they sell pound rockets, if they do it could be the black cat version. Bottle rockets are a nope in the state of Texas. You may get luck in buying out of state if you are cool with a drive but I wouldn't suggest just for that. Dogsday afternoon perhaps they do but just call em up and ask or stop on by!
