We had a great time at Fort Rob. There is a nice swimming pool, bathrooms were kept clean Bring quarters to pay for the campground showers (about $4.50 for a decent length). There are many things to see and do: museums, historical markers, cows, amazing sunsets, stars at night, buffalo, stage coach rides, bicycle rentals, rodeo... Though small, the Thursday night rodeo is highly recommended. They put on an entertaining show and offer pull-behind hide rides for littles after the show!

Our campsite was paved but grownd was terrible! Dry dirt, weeds, cactus, broken glass and we took over 50 ticks off of us. Won't come again until the take care of the grounds. Also, no bathhouse at Soldier. You have to drive to the other campground to use the bath house. Everything cost money the pool the museum and most of the things when we went there on Sunday were closed. Museum was nice and worth the four dollars.

Stayed here before, in a RV, in the Lodge, and in a Cabin. Made reservations for a Cabin at the end of Summer. I've, never been unhappy with goods, services or activities. Most friendly State Park in Nebraska.

It depends on what kind of accommodations you need. They have single rooms or places that would hold 60 people. You need to call the lodge and they can help you get the perfect room for whatever you want or need. They have super helpful and friendly staff and park rangers
I had cellular service. Wifi is available in the lodge.
Yes, guided tours are more available during the summer months. RV camping spots are available at the fort.
Fort Robinson no longer hosts the Pow-wow's. They are now held in Crawford city park.
As far as I know, you probably need to keep them leashed in public areas.
Best to call the box office. It changes with lots of factors.
The restaurant at the fort is in the original mess hall of the 1909 lodge. My family enjoys eating there( try the buffalo chop steak). There is also a suttler store at the fort that sells buffalo bbq and hotdogs. On the way into Crawford is Stabbs drive inn and Dairy sweet bbq, both of which are good. If you are looking for chain restaurants, you will have to drive to Chadron ,which is about 26 miles.
