King Executive Suite was much nicer than expected. Very reasonably priced with a great breakfast. Didn't get to check out all the amenities, but the highlight of the stay was CJ at the front desk. Wonderful man who shines of kindness and clearly goes above-and-beyond. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant -from Noah and Jessica!

Couldn’t get a room at my favorite hotel in town, so I decided to give the ‘second best location’ in town a shot. Unfortunately this is a lackluster second place. I’d hate to see third place. The ‘King Executive Suite with a Pool View’ is poorly portrayed in the advertising (photo attached. Maybe no view is for the best?!). Desk personnel were professional but overworked. Managers’ happy hour is a nice touch, and Sierra Nevada on tap helped ease my disappointment with the accommodations. Bottom line…….. probably won’t stay here again. I’ll plan my visits based on what’s available at my preferred overnight accommodations.

Located across the street from several chain restaurants, easily accessible to freeway and not a long walk to Sierra Nevada Brewery. Rooms were nice and the nightly weekday beer/wine was a nice addition. Breakfast was decent also. Only downside is the high population of homeless in the area and Chico in general. It's sad. Likely a lot displaced by the Paradise 🔥 fire

I stayed on Wednesday night. This Hotel was very noisy at night due to the hotel guests hanging around outside. The management seemed to be clueless and let it go on. This is not a very big hotel and it's away from busy highway on a back street it should be a quiet resting place. They do offer 2 complimentary drinks before 7 pm. They have a full complimentary Breakfast in the morning. The room and bed was comfortable. The noise was they only reason I did not rest well.
