Pharmacist Brad is simply the best. We have depended on his assistance many times over the years and he always comes through for us. Rite Aid does not carry the selection (or quantity) of normal retail drugstore products that it's competitors have. We have to go elsewhere for some items because they are sold out or just not there. As long as Brad is there it will be our go-to pharmacy.

Why can't I talk to anyone on the phone when I call? It goes right to a robot with no option to speak to someone. Poor form. But the staff were very helpful and friendly upon arrival.

I went there to "get tested", and not to shop. I suppose it is like many other drugstores in my area. Rite Aids in my area are few and far between these days, mostly because we also have CVS and Walgreens. Some are even across the street from eachother!! I seldom shop in drugstores anyway. Sorry for not being anymore helpful.
