I have never seen some many incompetent workers all on one shift. They make you wait forever, because doing 2 things at one time must be too taxing. The girl at the paint center was so worried about cleaning her glasses every time she touched a paint can. I waited 15 minutes for a gallon of paint- and there was only 1 other person at the counter. Absolutely ridiculous.

I called and customer service told me to come in to use store credit. I drove in and then they told me that they couldn't help me order window blinds. They told me to call back the next day for someone I did after multiple times trying to get in touch with them. No one was answering the phone and customer service was still not helpful. I eventually managed to set up a time to meet with the blind specialist who was very helpful, knew what they were doing and then I brought my quote to customer service to pay. They couldn't help me cash out after waiting 20 minutes for someone to eventually come up to the register! I now have to make a third trip in to find someone who knows what they're doing so I can pay you.

My boss sends me here sometimes, and some other times more than once per day. Everyone at the store is helpful, so I can get back to the gig quick and I appreciate that. Always nice inside, place looks good. There's not a Lowe's in my neighborhood, but when I need to go to one outside of work I pop my head in here.

Everybody was more than helpful. Extremely nice. The guy who mixed our paint saw that our hands were full and brought us a cart. We didn't even ask for one. The store was clean and organized. Excellent place to shop. I totally recommend this Lowes!!! Keep up the nice work. 👍
