What a nightmare. Vehicle break ins are a regular occurrence, vehicle theft (my car was stolen from right in front of the building) is not uncommon either. I have been excessively overcharged several times in the past few months. We had to fight tooth and nail just to get our money back that was effectively stolen though their "flex payment" system. It took several weeks of complaining to get filters for the ac unit that should have been present at move in, something that could have been fixed in seconds. The washers and dryers have destroyed half or my wardrobe by tearing small holes in everything. Just take a look inside the dryers and you'll see why. I'd do anything to get out of this lease. It's been a week since I wrote this review, perhaps I'm being too harsh. To some extent, some of these issues are out of their hands. Management has changed hands since I first moved in. Only so much can be done about theft. With that said, improvements can certainly be made. Laundry needs an overhaul, security needs to be stepped up, Flex payments needs replaced with something literally more flexible (it should not be this hard to pay rent), and the number of landmines in the dog park make it unusable.

This was literally one of the worst apartment experiences I've ever had. Moved here to get away from a bad living situation and that didn't really change. The property management company over charges for the area and living conditions. Office personnel not only has a high turn over rate but the people they have in the office also don't seem to care at all about upkeep with the buildings or making sure it was safe. This was a terrible place to live as a resident was shot and killed on the property and shootings continued to happen afterwards, cars being vandalized on the property, buildings always smelled like a dirty ash tray, on-site laundry room was always dirty with broken machines, and the constant loud noise levels. There are better and safer places to live.

Scott the maintenance worker here is superior! Woke up to a a small puddle in my bathroom. Scott came in less than 5 mins after making the report call! Explained what was wrong and was able to fix it in less than 30mins
