Worse Place, we called have a phone 📱 screen replacement and they didn't know what they had to do. Service was not all great and didn't help with what we needed

Rory helped me fix my phone after Best Buy wouldn't look at it(samsung) I walked in with a phone that was not charging. He carefully examined it, ran tests & cleaned it after finding a tiny fiber in the plug but it still did not charge. The next eve I tried the plug, and it is now charging! Great magical customer service! Thank you Rory for your help!!!

I have purchased several Duracell marine batteries from batteries plus over the years. I recently went in to the Greeley store to get two new ones, only to find out they now carry a brand called Season All. I was assured by the salesperson they were the “exact same battery, just with a different label.” So I bought two. Then I discovered what they told me was false. These batteries only last for two hours with my electric trolling motor, while I would usually get six hours with the Duracells. Unfortunately for me, I did not get back to the store to return these batteries in the time allotted for returns. Long story but short ending. Batteries Plus lost a loyal customer because they were deceitful and did not do the honorable thing. If I could give them a zero, I would.
