My sister was under the care of Doctor Misery who did nothing to look outside of the box regarding my sisters issues. Prior to even being admitted my sister was left in a psych room for 3 hours without any contact from a nurse. She detached her heart monitor and still there was no response from staff. I had to go to the hospital at midnight to make sure she received the care she needed and deserved. Once admitted the attending physician based her “diagnosis” off of pre determined biases. I would expect such a circus from NCMC. I though UC Health would not have ignorant doctors who lack bedside manor. I was sadly wrong. I requested care from a different physician multiple times and was denied. I hope Doctor Misery receives the karma she deserves.

My son came in with severe back pain. No blood work, X-rays or MRI was done. All he was given was a prescription. How can you prescribe medication if you never did anything to find out what is wrong? Very disappointed. Will not go back to Uchealth.

Staff were all very rude and showed no care what so ever towards me and my baby when police took me in after being taking from my family.

I wanted to thank Kelli in technology who helped my wife feel safe and comfortable. Kelli was very attentive and I know my wife was worried and in lots of pain but her positive attitude helped my wife feel at ease and cared for.
