I am so very blessed to have my lovely, clean, well maintained apartment in this fabulous, well managed and friendly senior complex. There is a wonderful and generous group of residents who provide activities if you choose to participate. The location could not be better...next to the library and the Chilson Rec/Senior Center. The Foote Lagoon is also right here and a beautiful park-like walkway. Downtown is walking distance and Colt Transit public transportation is easily accesed. I live in appreciation for Odd Fellows and the management and maintenance team at Big Thompson Manor.

I was on the waiting list a long time but it’s so worth the wait! Love my cute, clean apartment (lots of storage), unbelievable wall to wall windows providing amazing views and friendly fellow residents. There’s just the right amount of resident run activities (if you want to join in) like a monthly potluck, chess club, bingo. Located a few blocks from downtown Loveland , next to the library and Rec. Center. Very affordable!!! Sweet! I’m on the upper floor 1st Street side and here are a couple views out my window. You should see lightning!
