I've lived here a few years now. Its finally becoming a place i would and have referred family/friends too! Management is always there to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance is always there! All together a great place!

This place is horrible I just moved out of it and I’m so glad. But I’m also glad that now there punishing people that don’t throw there trash in the bins anyways the kids there are outright trash the smoke and cuss this place always has cops called this one time when I first moved in there couples stabbed each other horrible place to live in 🤦🏽‍♂️

So far I love Tralee Terrace Apartments , our new manager is the best she’s always upto date.

This place is a disaster. Both the interior and exterior are constantly trashed and there is no punishment for those who litter or leave thier trash bags in the hallways. There's also no cleaning staff to take care of it. Management claims that they will start enforcing rules, but consistency fail at doing so. Kids run and yell in the hallways. Drug deals and car sex occur in the parking lot throughout the night. Neighbors will stare into your apartment as they walk by on the sidewalk because they can't mind their business and have a complete lack of care for privacy. To call Tralee Terrace mediocre would be generous. If you are the scummiest of the ghetto, this is the place for you.
